Course objectives

Self-care is a primary school course. It aims to cultivate students’ self-care skills through daily life at school and at home, helping them adapt to different environments and prepare for a high-quality, independent life. Course content covers six areas: personal hygiene, toileting habits, eating, dressing, sleeping, and safety.

Course features

1. Through hands-on activities, students learn by doing. At the end of each theme, a class-based “Self-Care Challenge” activity is held to enhance learning motivation and apply what they have learned in class, thereby cultivating self-care and self-management skills.

2. Strengthen the cultivation of students’ positive values and practice good life attitudes and behaviors.

Through the “Self-Care Calendar”, students’ learning performance is recorded every month to demonstrate their learning performance and self-management ability

Through life-wide learning, we strengthen the cultivation of students’ positive values and the practice of good life attitudes and behaviors
